2024 All Hands Meeting

Travel information

Airport

The nearest airport is the Santa Fe Regional Airport, it is very convenient but only has direct flights from Denver, Phoenix, and Dallas

The Albuquerque Sunport is a bit further away but has many more flight options

Lodging

There are three hotels in Los Alamos: Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, and Comfort Inn. The Holiday Inn Express does not offer rooms at the Los Alamos government rate ($107/night), the latter two do. I’m currently working on setting up a room block at the Hampton Inn (details to come)

Getting to Los Alamos

Los Alamos is fairly removed from the rest of the world. While it is possible to get to Los Alamos from the airport with public transportation, it is very difficult. A rental car is highly recommended.
